Etymology

The sahuagin, often misspelled or transliterated sahagin, is a fish-like humanoid in the Dungeons & Dragons Role-Playing Game. They have an affinity for sharks and can go into a blood frenzy, but as marine creatures they are harmed by swimming in fresh water.
